Work With Me:
Journey Sessions
Transformation isn’t only an inner experience; it changes the way we move through the world. Some of life’s most significant thresholds arrive before we know we’re standing at one.A Journey Session creates space to step back and see the larger patterns at work—within you, around you, and between the two—so you can begin to engage with them consciously and change what they create.
What is a Journey?
Come as you are.
You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what you need or what. Bring whatever is alive for you—a crossroads, a pattern, a relationship, a decision, a sense that something is changing, or simply a feeling that there’s more to understand.Enjoy the Journey.
From there, we follow what emerges. Your experience may unfold through memory, imagery, sensation, emotion, intuition, symbolism, energetic experiences, or other forms of knowing. The work can be deeply vivid and sometimes surprising. Every journey is incredibly unique and can unfold in an infinite amount of ways.Discover the wisdom.
Together, we make sense of what we’re encountering, connecting it to the patterns and relationships shaping your life. We’ll discover what the experience is revealing, what it’s asking of you, and what becomes possible when we bring our attention and care to what arises.Emerge integrated.
As the Journey comes together, you emerge grounded, expanded, and at peace with a deeper clarity about yourself and the path ahead. What you’ve encountered doesn’t remain an abstract experience—it becomes something you can carry into your relationships, choices, work, and everyday life. The Journey continues.
Integration continues long after our session, in your own time and in the life you return to. It becomes a practice: noticing more, staying present with what you discover, and choosing to meet yourself and your life with greater awareness. Like any muscle, that capacity grows stronger with use. Over time, what once required conscious practice begins to become second nature—until awareness is no longer something you practice, but a way of being. Some people come for a single Journey; others return over time as new thresholds arise. I know firsthand, through nearly 18 years with my own mentor, how powerful it can be to have a trusted guide alongside your evolutionary journey while trusting you to walk your own path.Over time, the work brings us closer to the life we’ve always dreamed of—not by following a predetermined path, but by becoming increasingly conscious participants in creating it.
Drake’s Journey
My capacity to navigate the subconscious terrain, track complex internal patterns, and hold a safe space for deep transformation is built on nearly two decades of dedicated study and lived practice. After an initial spiritual awakening in 2008, I eagerly sought out diverse life experiences to develop myself as a leader for the new world I saw in my visions—a reality currently emerging from within the hearts, minds, and spirits of those awakening all over the planet. That time period catapulted me abroad, where I traveled Northern India for three months, living in an ashram, a Tibetan homestay, a monastery, participating in regular service-learning, and studying various spiritual philosophies and practices—including an in-depth exploration of Buddhism and Hinduism. From there, I lived in South America for seven months, where I continued my studies in a Vaishnava ecovillage and studied shamanism under the guidance of Shipibo curanderos. I have accumulated over 22 months (non-consecutively) living, working, and exploring across 16+ countries on various continents.Since 2009, I have worked in regular and intensive mentorship with Shamanic Soul Coach JoBeth Eckerman, and under her guidance have been trained as a Master-Teacher Reiki practitioner. In tandem with this training, I have accumulated 1000’s of hours of meditation practice across retreats, mentorship, and dedicated personal practice.I have an M.S. in Leadership for Sustainability Education (2020), as well as a B.A. in Social Science and Civic Leadership (2014) from Portland State University. Additionally, I hold a Permaculture Design Certificate (2014) and am a professional Permaculture Designer, Educator, and Consultant for landowners and organizations—with many years under my belt in nonprofit and business management.Through the years, I have navigated a wide range of complex challenges and initiations that have taken me through chronic illness, miscarriage, partner separation, parental alcoholism and incarceration, loss, depression, and grief, while also navigating the ever-present inner rebel that sought addiction, distraction, and chaos. These are but some of the journeys I have traveled. While challenging, these pieces were necessary to support my ability to navigate complicated terrain—and ultimately deepen my understanding of transformation, resilience, relationship, and the many ways we learn to find our way forward. These experiences, fused with my ongoing educational and professional undertakings, have helped to inform my perspective and practices, along with the ways I aim to be of service to the planet.Nowadays, I find myself flourishing in the life I have worked so hard to build, soaking up motherhood and marriage, and tending to my 2/3 acre permaculture landscape alongside my dogs and chickens. Outside of my home, I am proud to serve my community through my continued work stewarding landscapes, organizations, and the inner terrain of people like you.

Book a Session
Single Journey Session60–90 minutes— $225An individual session tailored to what is alive for you right now. Together, we explore the landscape you’re navigating, follow the larger patterns and relationships at work, and create space for a deeper understanding of what you’re encountering—and what may be ready to change. We don’t just talk about the discomfort, block, or challenge; we trace it to the root and work to clear and transmute what is no longer serving you. This may mean following a pattern back to its origin point—whether that’s within your own story, your relationships, your ancestral or energetic field, or somewhere else entirely—and bringing what we find into greater right relationship.Clients often experience profound shifts in perspective and relationship to what they’re navigating, usually uncovering patterns and roots that have been operating beneath the surface. Please note: A single Journey Session can create significant movement, while also revealing deeper layers of a pattern that may be ready to unravel. The 3-Month Transformation Journey offers the time, space, and continuity to work with those deeper layers as they unfold and anchor lasting change in your life. The 3-Month Transformation Journey$350 / month · $1,050 totalA three-month container for moving through a significant life transition, persistent overwhelm, or a period of deep inner change.Together, we’ll tend to what’s asking for your attention—exploring the patterns, beliefs, emotions, and energetic dynamics beneath the surface while cultivating the tools and practices you need to navigate your life with greater presence, resilience, and self-sovereignty.This is not about me becoming your healer. Follow the Journey

True medicine comes from lived experience and application—and I have lived through some major life journeys that I’m eager to share with you. I’m currently working on a three-part memoir series, set to be released in the coming years, exploring the Buddhist poisons of craving, aversion, and delusion, as well as the profound truth that presence is powerful medicine for coming into a life well lived. This work chronicles the depths of my journey through pivotal moments in time: walking the Camino de Santiago, traversing India and Nepal with my fiancé, and returning home to face some of my greatest downfalls, unravelings, and eventual breakthroughs. These books capture the depths of the profound physical and identity collapses I endured, as well as my eventual emergence into the deeply healed, vibrant, and healthy life I now lead. Together, they offer a roadmap drawn from lived experience for anyone navigating their own dark nights and seeking to rebuild a resilient internal ecosystem. The series is already more than 250,000 words in, with much still to shape, refine, and bring to completion. In the meantime, I’m sharing pieces of this written journey as the work continues to unfold. Follow along on Substack for essays, reflections, stories from these journeys, and glimpses into the deeper work behind the books.
